Web Services — Invoice & Quotation Generator

For website / hosting / maintenance services. Fill in the fields — the document on the right updates live. Then hit Print / Save as PDF.

Quick Presets

Load a ready-made starting point, then edit the details. Clears the current form first.

Import an Old Quotation/Invoice

Upload an old document (HTML or a photo/scan) — AI reads it and pre-fills the form below for you to review. Nothing saves automatically; check everything before printing/saving. Clears the current form first.

Document Type

Flags this record for e-Invoice — doesn't submit to LHDN (that needs your own MyInvois registration, not yet connected). Just future-proofs the data. Fill in the client's ID Type/Number and SST Reg No. below if this is ticked.
No PO file attached.

Payment Status (Invoice only)

This status is about this document only. If this is a deposit or one stage of a bigger job and the deposit itself was received in full, that's "Paid in Full" — even though the job as a whole isn't done. The Job card (Dashboard → Jobs) shows the whole-job picture separately.
"Partially Paid" shows the deposit received and the remaining Balance Due. "Paid in Full" turns the total box green. Both use the breakdown text above.

CRM Sync

📝 New record — saving will create a fresh CRM entry.

Client

Installment / Progress Billing (optional)

Use this when a job is billed in stages — e.g. 30% deposit now, 70% balance later — as two separate invoices linked to the same CRM Job, so the Dashboard tracks progress automatically. If this job is paid in full only after completion, skip this section — just add the job as a normal line item below.
No job linked — this invoice won't appear under a Job in the Dashboard.

Line Items

Tick this only when you're showing a goodwill reduction. Then fill the "Original" price on a line and it'll appear struck through.

Additional Charges (optional)

Each one only appears on the document if you tick it — otherwise the invoice looks exactly as before, no clutter.

Billing Cycle & Renewal

Shown in the document details so the client knows when the next payment/renewal is due.

Optional Note

Project Timeline & Scope Notes (optional)
